The SCANPAN Maitre D Copper Paella Pan, apart of the elegant Maitre D cookware series in polished copper with stainless steel interior and a three-layer construction that provides excellent heat distribution and durability.

Can be used straight from the stove top to table to wow your guests. The round and shallow shape of the pan, ensures that the rice cooks in a thin layer. Not suitable for induction hobs. Hand-wash your Maitre D' Induction products. If you want to maintain the mirror polished finish, use stainless steel/copper polish.

Care & Use for SCANPAN -  

Before first use: 

• Remove all labels and wash your product in warm soapy water; dry completely. 
• If required, assemble the glass knob according to the directions in the user’s guide. 

Cleaning: 

• After use, let the product cool off, then wash with warm, soapy water. The product must always be completely clean, before it is put away. 
• It is not recommended to wash the product in the dishwasher.
